Mexican Casserole

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 (medium) onion, diced
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
12 (8 inch) flour tortillas












Directions: Brown meat with onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Cut tortillas in fourths. In a large, greased, rectangular pan, layer tortillas, ground beef mixture, and cheese until all is used. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 20 minutes longer. Serve with chips, salsa and sour cream.
