Snappy Supper Pie

Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cooked ham, cubed or 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) can green beans, drained
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed








Directions: Filling: In saucepan combine undiluted soup, onion, pepper and flour. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in ham or tuna, green beans and 1/2 cup of cheese. Crust: Combine egg yolks, sour cream, flour and salt. By hand, blend well. Beat egg whites until soft mound forms and gently fold into egg yolk batter. Pour half of batter into a greased 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
