Potato Soup

Ingredients:
2 quarts water
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 cups celery, diced
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pound processed American cheese spread
bacon bits (optional)











Directions: Cook water, potatoes, carrot, celery, onion and bouillon cubes until tender. Stir in cream of chicken soup and cheese. Stir occasionally and heat thoroughly.

Notes: This is a very tasty soup.
