Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 packages quick-rising yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
1 egg, beaten

Directions: Measure flour into large mixing bowl. In another bowl, stir yeast and sugar into warm water. Let set for 5 minutes. Add salt, oil and beaten egg. Stir. Add whole mixture to flour in mixing bowl. Beat until well blended. Let dough rise for about 30 minutes. Put oil on hands so dough won't stick and pull off chunks of dough about the size of tennis balls. Roll out on floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Heat 1/2 inch oil in bottom of skillet and fry bread until done.
Topping: Choose from any of these; chili with beans, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, shredded cheese, sour cream.
