Ingredients:
1 pound pork sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups raw potatoes, sliced
1 cup Colby cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions: Brown sausage and onion; drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. In greased 2-quart casserole, layer half of the potatoes, then half of the soup mixture, then half of the sausage, then half of the two cheeses. Repeat and end with the cheese. Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
