Homemade Hot Mustard

Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
4 oz. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar















Directions: Mix vinegar and mustard; let set overnight. Beat eggs and sugar. Mix with mustard and vinegar. Cook until thick. Stirring often. Remove from heat; add mayonnaise. Refrigerate.

Notes: Very good on pork roast.
