Special Note: If your ad is to be positioned on the home page, it must be 180 pixels wide. We are not currently accepting any other widths. The ad size we prefer is 180 X 240 pixels.
 468X60 horizontal banner
Only Horizontal (468 X 60 pixels) and Vertical Banners (120 X 240 pixels) accepted. No horizontal banners on the home page will appear at the top of the page. Vertical banners can be placed at the top of the left and right columns of the home page. Banners may be animated and delivered by third parties. The High Plains Journal reserves the right to discontinue running third party banners if the delivery falls below accepted standards. Advertisers are responsible for development of their banner ads.
Advertiser may place date and page view limits on advertising purchased. For example, an advertiser may run a banner from December 1 - December 15 and specify only purchasing 20,000 page views. Total page views for the website or individual pages are estimates only. Advertiser will be billed for actual page views. Advertiser can place a limit on total page views purchased. Page views are determined by Statistics Server reporting software. Advertisers will have 24/7 access to real time statistics of their account. The Journal's website runs a Cold Fusion server which may be used by the advertiser. Minimum charge is $100 per month. Advertising placement is subject to availability of space and will be determined by Webmaster unless previously agreed upon. High Plains Journal reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or images that it deems inappropriate or in conflict with Journal policies.
