Cow found mutilated in Anderson County

A Kansas Livestock Association member has reported finding one of his cows mutilated last week. The 7-year-old female was in a pasture north of Lone Elm in Anderson County.

KLA is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved in this crime. The reward program only applies when the producer is a KLA member. Anyone with information should contact Bryan Adams at 785-448-8325 or the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office at 785-448-5678.
