Farm bill discussion set March 13

Kingman County will be hosting the “2014 Farm Bill and Crop Insurance Discussion” on March 13 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Kingman County Activity Center in Kingman, Kan. The guest speaker will be Art Barnaby, Ph.D., K-State professor of agricultural economics. There will be about an hour of presentation followed by an hour centered around discussion.
