Genuine Genetics special insert deadline is approaching
High Plains Journal is preparing the second annual Genuine Genetics special insert that is a joint venture between the Simmental Association and the Red Angus Association of America to be printed in the Oct. 13 issue of High Plains Journal.
The insert will feature editorial content from both associations as well as advertising from breeders across the High Plains and Midwest. The editorial supplement has been popular with breeders due to the reach it provides ranches.
“This is an ideal time to promote a production sale, private treaty sale and your operation,” said Rod Swafford, livestock manager. “Getting into the Genuine Genetics insert will put ranches in front of an audience owning over 3.4 million cows and other livestock producers.
“I don’t need to tell you what the cattle market is doing,” Swafford added. “Time will tell what bulls and females will be worth this fall and even next spring. But now is the time to tell readers what you have available.”
The deadline to submit your advertising is Sept. 22. Interested breeders may contact the livestock department directly for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-452-7171 ext. 1860.
