Junior Gelbvieh and Balancer Female Show held

An outstanding set of Gelbvieh and Balancer heifers were exhibited in the National Western Stock Show Junior Gelbvieh and Balancer Female Show. Thirty-two Gelbvieh females and 28 Balancer females were evaluated by Kyle Conley of Sulpher, Okla. The junior show was held on Jan. 12 at the National Western Stock Show.

Leading the grand champion Gelbvieh female was Chandler Ladner of Argonia, Kan. His heifer, CIRS 122TY, is a March 7, 2011 daughter of LFA 278RT.
