Meeting will address controlling trich in cattle herds

What is trichomoniasis? How do you control it? How do you protect your cattle herd? What are the proposed state regulations? To get answers to these questions, come to a trichomoniasis informational meeting in Hill City, Kan., as the Hill City Livestock Market on March 26 beginning at 6 p.m. Dr. LewAnn Schneider with the Kansas Department of Agriculture and Dr. Gregg Hanzlicek with the Kansas State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

To register for a meal, contact the Graham County Extension Office no later than March 19 at 785-421-3411. Walk in guest are also welcome. If you raise cattle in northwest Kansas, you can't afford to miss this informational meeting.
