ServSafe certification course offered

Colorado

Colorado State University Extension will be offering ServSafe Food Protection Manger Certification for retail food establishments and cottage food producers on March 22. This a nationally recognized comprehensive food safety training developed by the National Restaurant Association.

The course is scheduled for March 22 from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the CSU Extension Office in Rocky Ford. The cost is $120; this includes the text, exam, handouts, lunch and breaks. Preregistration is required by March 8. For more information or to register contact the Otero County Extension office at 719-254-7608.
