Canola College set for March 28

Oklahoma

The Great Plains Canola Association, in partnership with Oklahoma State University, Kansas State University and members of the canola industry, announces that Canola College--Taking Canola Production to the Next Level will be held in Enid, Okla., March 28.

This will be the premier canola education/training event in the region for this year and is expected to attract a large group of both first time and veteran canola producers.

Topics to be covered by experts include: the basics-getting off to the right start; the next 10 bushels-experienced growers' perspectives; pest management-making decisions like a pro; and, canola and wheat-a beneficial relationship.

More pertinent information on the upcoming meeting will be made available in the next weeks, according to Ron Sholar, executive director, Great Plains Canola Association.
