Due to the retirement of Beverly Barbour and the Quick and Easy column, the High Plains Journal will soon announce details of our search for a new food columnist. If you have friends, relatives or you yourself would like to be our next "foodie" stay tuned and spread the word.
In the mean time, we will be selecting recipes from our cookbooks, Down Country Roads, Home Cookin' Volumes 1, 2 and 3. If you have a favorite recipe from the three cookbooks, share it with us.
