Kansas Livestock Association is offering up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those who stole cattle earlier this week from a member in Neosho County. According to the Neosho County Sheriff's Office, 15 cattle belonging to Lyle Casey and Dan Vitt were reported stolen between noon Dec. 30 and 10 a.m. Dec. 31, 2012, from a pasture northeast of St. Paul. The cattle are described as 12 red, two Charolais crossbred and one red baldy weighing 550 to 600 pounds. These cattle had purple tags with black lettering in the left ear that read "Vitt Farms."
