A hands-on sheep and goat field day--Famacha Training--will be held on March 15 beginning at 5 p.m. Learn a simple way to determine which sheep or goats need worming treatment. The field day, which is sponsored by Citizens State Bank and the Prairie Junction Restaurant, will be held at the Richard and Donna Mowry farm located approximately one mile west of Morland at 1325 P Road. We will begin with an hour of hands on training, and at 6 p.m. we will move to the Prairie Junction Restaurant located in Morland for a meal and program featuring Kansas State University sheep and goat expert Brain Faris.

There will be a $15 registration fee payable to the Graham County Extension Office. Please RSVP by Feb. 13 by calling 785-421-3411 or emailing County Extension Agent Christopher Petty at cgp@ksu.edu.
