Extension to host weed management update

Kansas

The Graham County Extension Office and the Twin Creeks Extension District will hold a weed management update on Feb. 20 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Morland Community Building in Morland, Kan. The update is free and open to the public. Farmers, ag-chem dealers and applicators, crop consultants, county weed directors and government agency personnel are encouraged to attend. Three pest management CCA credits and three credit hours for commercial Pesticide Applicator recertification in category 1A will be available. Topic areas to be covered will include optimizing glyphosate performance, managing herbicide resistant weeds and general weed control updates.
