South Central Direct sheep sales report

The South Central Direct Sheep Report, for week ending Feb., 8, totaled 1,175 slaughter lambs, according to the USDA Market News Service, San Angelo, Texas.

Feeder lambs trading was at a standstill. There were no recent comparisons on slaughter lambs.

Slaughter lambs: No recent comparison. Sales were on San Antonio show lambs. Texas, 1175 head, Choice and Prime 1 to 2, shorn 140 lbs., 114.20.
