Webinar will address farmland values, rental ratesKansas Kansas State University's Department of Agricultural Economics will host a webinar addressing Kansas farmland values and rental rates on Feb. 26 at 12:30 p.m. CST. Mykel Taylor, assistant professor in the department will present the webinar. She, along with Kevin Dhuyvetter, K-State Research and Extension state leader in agricultural economics, recently completed a study on Kansas land values and rental rates. The webinar is free and pre-registration is not required. The maximum number of spaces available to participate is 150, on a first-come, first-served basis. The webinar is hosted using Adobe Connect. To ensure that computer and speakers work correctly for the webinar, participants are encouraged to visit http://connect.ksre.ksu.edu/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to run a computer test. The webinar event will be held in an online meeting room accessible through the link: http://connect.ksre.ksu.edu/ageconseminar. Click the button to "Login as Guest" then enter a name.
