Everyone who farms knows the importance of adding fertility to the soil for enhanced yields. Staying updated on the latest research of soil fertility, and specialty products can benefit your bottom line. Also come hear some pointers on fertility during & following a drought, and bring your questions.

The presenter will be Dorivar Diaz, K-State Soil Fertility specialist. The program begins at noon with a meal at the Liebenthal Catholic Church Parish Hall and should conclude by 3 p.m. It is sponsored by Walnut Creek Extension District and Ellis County Extension Offices.

RSVP is requested by Feb. 18 by calling Ness County at 785-798-3921 or Ellis County at 785-628-9430. A minimum of 10 people pre-registered is required to hold this program.
