South Central direct sheep sales report


The South Central Direct Sheep Report, San Angelo, Texas, for the week ending April 19, totaled 1,600 feeder lambs, according to the USDA Market News Service, San Angelo, Texas.

Compared to last week feeder lambs steady. This is the first major test of the market in some time. Trading and demand was moderate.

Feeder lambs: Texas, 1600 head, Medium and large frame 1 to 2, 90 to 100 lbs., new crop 100.00 to 102.00.
