CSU to offer ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification course

Colorado State University Extension will be offering ServSafe Food Protection Manger Certification for retail food establishments on May 16.

This a nationally recognized comprehensive food safety training developed by the National Restaurant Association.

The course is scheduled for 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., May 16, at the CSU Extension Office in Rocky Ford, Colo. The cost is $120; this includes the text, exam, handouts, lunch and breaks. Preregistration is required by May 1. For more information or to register contact the Otero County Extension office at 719-254-7608.
