Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sales report

Pratt Livestock Feeder Cattle Auction, Pratt, Kan., April 18, reported estimated receipts of 3,500 head as of 3 p.m.

Compared with last week, feeder steers at 600 to 1,100 pounds were steady to $3 lower, feeder heifers at 650 to 750 pounds were steady to $3 lower, and those at 750 to 950 pounds were firm to $3 higher. Steers weighing 600 pounds and under and heifers at 650 pounds and under were not established as of 3 p.m.

Feeder steers: 600 to 650 lbs., 150.00 to 152.00; 4 head, 665 lbs., 142.00; 700 to 750 lbs., 138.60 to 140.60; 750 to 800 lbs., 131.50 to 133.75; 800 to 850 lbs., 129.50 to 133.25; 850 to 900 lbs., 129.35 to 130.00; 52 head, 935 lbs., 121.00 to 122.35; 20 head, Thin Fleshed 938 lbs., 126.25; 54 head, 981 lbs., 118.35; 1000 to 1050 lbs., 116.85 to 117.50; 68 head, Thin Fleshed 1037 lbs., 120.00; 15 head, 1076 lbs., 115.50.

Feeder heifers: 17 head, 697 lbs., 130.10; 700 to 750 lbs., 125.50 to 129.75; 750 to 800 lbs., 124.75 to 127.85; 800 to 850 lbs., 118.10 to 121.75; 59 head, Thin Fleshed 809 lbs., 124.60; 850 to 900 lbs., 119.50 to 120.60; 11 head, 900 lbs., 119.75.
