Nicholls ideal for an acreage
The Nicholls (409-32) is a wide, sprawling home that has many unique characteristics. The covered porch has two pillars that give the look of a colonial home. The garage is large, having three bays. As this home would normally sit on acreage, one bay has a straight drive-thru, opening into the backyard. This is ideal for driving large lawn mowers through or a tractor, if needed as well as being able to put a car in the back of the home.
Inside the 1,981 square foot Nicholls, the den and master suite are on the right of the entry. The den could be used as an office, library, nursery, or simply as a get-away for Mom and Dad at the end of the day. To the left of the entry is the utility room, elongated to include a half bath. Bedroom three is next door with a large window facing the front yard and long wall closet. Between bedrooms two and three is the door leading to the large garage. This is convenient for the unloading of groceries and for coming into the home when it is wet and rainy outside.
The Nicholls would be beautiful in a wooded setting on a large piece of land. It would be an ideal home for a family with teenagers or for the empty nesters that need rooms for the family when they visit.
