K-State coach Bill Snyder spokesperson for ethanol

Kansas

The Kansas Association of Ethanol Processors is proud to be a participating sponsor of a season-long ethanol promotion with K-State Sports Properties, the multi-media and sponsorship rights holder for Kansas State University athletics.

KSU football head coach Bill Snyder will serve as the spokesperson for a radio campaign to promote the benefits of ethanol to fans across the state. The commercials will be aired on KSU's 33-station network during all regular-season football broadcasts and the Bill Snyder radio call-in shows.

"KAEP is thrilled to be partnering with Kansas State Football and our agricultural friends on this exciting opportunity to share the message of ethanol's benefits to the economy and environment," Mike Chisam, general manager of Kansas Ethanol, LLC and KAEP Board Chairman, said. "We hope that all football fans will learn more about how they can join us in advancing Kansas' home grown fuel."

Other participating partners in the promotion include Growth Energy, Kansas Corn Commission and Kansas Sorghum Commission. Partners will also sponsor a seat upgrade for two fans during the seven home football games.

The Kansas Association of Ethanol Processors is a volunteer organization whose membership includes plants and companies in the ethanol manufacturing industry. KAEP serves as a representative voice to its members, the public and government. Its goal is to promote the viability of ethanol fuels and demonstrate the positive impact of the industry on the local and state economy. Learn more at www.ethanolkansas.org.
