Nebraska Ag Classic set for Dec. 11 to 12Nebraska The eighth annual Nebraska Ag Classic will be held at the Holiday Inn Midtown in Grand Island, Neb., Dec. 11 to 12. Association meetings will start the afternoon of Dec. 11 and continue on the morning of Dec. 12 with activities kicking off at the joint luncheon that day. Educational and entertaining speakers fill the program, which concludes after a banquet and entertainment the evening of Dec. 12. Included on the agenda will be the latest marketing updates from Alan Brugler, president of Brugler Marketing and Management, LLC, a Nebraska-based marketing advisory and consulting service. Previously Brugler was the senior analyst and then director of analysis and product research for DTN. He has been writing market commentary and speaking to farm industry audiences on economics and marketing for more than 35 years. He has been a contributor to Successful Farming, Farm Journal and other farm magazines over the past several years, and is a regular on PBS-TV's Market to Market, the U.S. Farm Report Show and on Farm Journal Media's AgWeb. Aaron Davis, a member of the 1994 National Championship Nebraska football team, will give the closing presentation during the evening banquet on Dec. 12. Davis is the president of his own consulting firm, Aaron Davis Presentations, Inc, the chief operations officer of the Thomas Group, and the co-founder of several other profitable business ventures. He will motivate and encourage Nebraska Ag Classic attendees leaving them with a renewed sense of accomplishment in the agriculture industry.
