Estate planning seminar set for Nov. 26Texas An estate planning program will be presented at 7 p.m. Nov. 26 in the Moore County Community Building by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in Moore County. "Everyone is invited out to learn how others have dealt with family crisis and managed to maintain operations as normal," said Sue Owens, AgriLife Extension family and consumer sciences agent in Moore County. Donna Christie, a Dumas attorney, will discuss wills, trusts, Limited Liability Corporations and powers of attorney. There will be an opportunity for questions from the audience to be answered by Christie also, Owens said. Also, farm operations manager Justin Crownover will discuss how they were able to continue family farming operations after a series of family crisis, said Marcel Fischbacher, AgriLife Extension agriculture and natural resources agent in Moore County.
