Extension to host alternative feeds clinic

Colorado

Are you worried about your feed supply for this winter? Come learn about some alternative feeds that may be an option for your production. Michael Fisher, Golden Plains Area Livestock Agent, will be presenting on different feedstuffs and John Deering, Regional Ag Business Management Specialist, will give cost analysis on these feeds.

Logan County Extension will be hosting this clinic on Nov. 27. It will be held at the Logan County Extension Office, 508 S 10th Ave in Sterling at 2 pm. We hope that local producers will consider joining us for this informative program.

For more information and to RSVP please contact Megan Jedlicka at 970-522-3200, ext. 282, or megan.jedlicka@colostate.edu. If you are a person with a disability and require any assistive devices, services or other accommodations to participate in this program, please contact us at least 14 days prior to the event.

Colorado State University Extension is your local university community connection for research-based information about natural resource management; living well through raising kids, eating right and spending smart; gardening and commercial horticulture; the latest agricultural production technologies and community development. Extension 4-H and youth development programs reach more than 90,000 young people annually, over half in urban communities.
