High Plains weighted average direct slaughter cattle sales for the week ending Nov. 4, totaled 74,496 head, compared to 97,339 head last week and 115,366 head last year, according to the USDA Market News Service, St. Joseph, Mo.
The report was based on sales in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa and Minnesota feedlots.
