Central Plains Irrigation Conference, Expo set for Feb. 21 to 22Kansas The Central Plains Irrigation Conference & Exposition will be held Feb. 21 to 22 at the City Limits Convention Center in Colby. The conference is for irrigators, irrigation managers, crop consultants, agribusiness personnel, personnel from resource agencies, and state and federal agency personnel involved in water management. CEUs for Crop Consultant Advisors are being applied for. Participants will receive the latest information on irrigation equipment and water management practices. Irrigation equipment manufacturers and dealer representatives from across the Central Plains will display and explain the latest equipment in the irrigation industry. The exposition will be open at various times on Tuesday and until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The facilities are just south of I-70 on the east side of the Highway 25. Holiday Inn Express is located north of I-70 between Exits 53 and 54.
