Cavanaugh's facade startling
The unique facade of the Cavanaugh (D8540) is startling. It has the quality of a Victorian home with the ranch style porch. There are numerous paned windows, varied roof-lines, and wood and rock walls. Entry into this 1,699 square foot home brings one into a foyer with a coat closet on the left and a den on the right behind French doors. Adjacent to the den is the stairs to the second floor and the optional 1,268 square foot basement. On the left is a half bath, convenient to the main living space. The utility room is just beyond the half bath and has a sink as well as the washer and dryer.
