Join K-State Research and Extension Graham County and the Twin Creeks Extension District as we discuss management strategies to help your cattle make it through an extended dry period. This opportunity will take place at the Lenora Community Room in Lenora, Kan., on Jan. 11, 2013, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon. Our featured speakers will be Keith Harmoney, range scientist at the KSU Agricultural Research Center in Hays, Kan., and KC Olson, Kansas State University professor of range beef cattle nutrition and management. The program is free to the public and drinks and snacks will be provided. We must have a minimum of 10 pre-registered guests.
