Pratt Livestock Feeder Cattle Auction, Pratt, Kan., Nov. 29 reported estimated receipts of 2,500 head as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan.
Compared with last sale held on Nov. 15, feeder steers 650 to 750 pounds were steady, 750 to 900 pounds were $2 to $3 higher. Feeder heifers 600 to 650 pounds were $2 higher, 650 to 900 pounds were steady. Steers 650 pounds and under and heifers 600 pounds and under not established as of 3 p.m.
Steers: Medium and large frame 1, 52 head 656 lbs., 150.00; 17 head, 770 lbs., 150.00; 800 to 850 lbs., 149.00 to 149.85; 850 to 900 lbs., 147.00 to 147.50; 900 to 950 lbs., 143.35 to 143.50.
Heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 600 to 650 lbs., 138.50 to 139.00; 700 to 750 lbs., 139.50 to 141.00; 750 to 800 lbs., 137.00 to 137.50; 800 to 850 lbs., 134.25 to 135.85.
