Corn, soybeans have double-digit gainsGrain and soybeans closed Nov. 27 with double digit gains with wheat leading the way, according to the National Grain Market Summary. Corn saw spillover support from wheat and soybeans. Soybeans were higher on good demand. Wheat found support from continued weather concerns in the winter wheat region. Crop conditions were down another point to 33 percent good to excellent. Wheat was 21 to 32 cents higher. Corn was 8 to 15 cents higher. Sorghum was 22 cents higher. Soybeans were 22 to 24 cents higher. In the futures close, Kansas City December wheat was $9.15 3/4, up 31 1/2 cents. Terminal wheat bids, paid for truck delivery, included Kansas City, $8.86, up 32 cents; Minneapolis, $9.51 1/4, up 21 1/4 cents; Portland, $8.85 to $9.03; St. Louis, $8.63, up 24 cents. Terminal corn bids, U.S. No. 2 yellow, price paid for truck deliver, included: Kansas City, $7.95, up 13 cents; Minneapolis, $7.27, up 12 3/4 cents; southern Iowa, $7.43 to $7.49 1/4, up 8 1/4 to up 12 3/4 cents; Omaha, $7.84 to $7.88, up 15 to 13 cents. Terminal soybean bids, U.S. No. 1, price paid for truck delivery, included: Kansas City, $14.69, up 24 cents; Minneapolis, no bid; southern Iowa, $14.32 1/4 to $14.41 1/4, up 24 1/2 to 23 1/2 cents; central Illinois processors, $14.57 1/4 to $14.69 1/4, up 22 1/2 to 24 1/2 cents.
