High Plains weighted average direct slaughter cattle sales for the week ending Dec. 2, totaled 45,922 head, compared to 102,853 head last week and 99,583 head last year, according to the USDA Market News Service, St. Joseph, Mo.
The report was based on sales in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa and Minnesota feedlots.
