The deadline for submitting application for seedling tree orders is 4 p.m., Feb. 28. Most species of trees are still available. Seedling trees will arrive at the Logan County Fairgrounds on March 28 and at the Morgan County Extension office on April 1.
Norland Hall, district forester, will present a tree program prior to tree pickup in Logan County. The program begins at 3 p.m. in the Gary DeSoto Community Center in Sterling. Those who attend the program, and have ordered trees will be able to pick up their orders first.
