Speaker added to lineup for Governor's Ag Conference

Nebraska

Greg Ibach, Director of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, today announced an additional speaker has been added to the lineup for the 22nd Annual Governor's Ag Conference. The conference, scheduled for March 3 to 4, will be held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Kearney.

Aurora, Neb., native Darci Vetter is a deputy undersecretary for the Farm and Foreign Agricultural Service with the United States Department of Agriculture. Vetter will provide attendees with an update on USDA programs and initiatives that have the potential to impact the daily lives of farmers and ranchers.

Ibach reminded the public that NDA still is accepting registrations to the conference. Those interested in attending should call NDA toll-free at 800-831-0550.

More information and the schedule are available at www.agr.ne.gov.
