Keynote speaker, Murray Wise, is the founder of the Westchester Group Inc., that has been in business 23 years and currently manages over $770 million of agricultural assets. Wise will offer conference attendees the opportunity of seeing firsthand how efficient American agriculture has become in the last 200+ years. Farmers attending will hear about the drivers in the world agriculture economy. Grain production and livestock production have created pressures as well as unique new advances. Wise's No. 1 focus will be China and he will give a look at savings rates and caloric intake as well as grain stocks and grain oil seed usage. Wise states that Chinese growth in milk production and utilization since 2000 is a story within itself. His presentation "Global Agriculture and Beyond," will include information on U.S. land prices, cash rental rates and water consumption and utilization.

In Wise's view, global agriculture, particularly U.S. agriculture, has an extremely bright outlook and he looks forward to sharing it at the Conference.
