Ada livestock sales reportThe Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction, Ada, Okla., reported receipts of 1,250 head Jan. 27, compared to 1,750 head last week, according to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady. Demand was good on all classes. Quality and weigh-ups were average. Flesh conditions were medium to fleshy. The supply included 49% heifers and 26% over 600 pounds.
