Mid America Stockyards to celebrate 40th anniversary

Mid America Stockyards and Farm Center located in Bristow, Okla., will be celebrating its 40th anniversary Feb 6. Mid America Stockyards has been owned and operated by the Johnstons and Varners for five generations. It serves a 100-mile radius trade area, bringing in buyers from 10 states. Mid America Stockyards and Farm Center will be celebrating the anniversary beginning at 9 a.m., with its regular cattle sale, food, entertainment and a mini industry-focused trade show.
