Loveland natural beef company expands

LOVELAND, Colo. (AP)--A northern Colorado beef company that specializes in hormone-free production is expanding.

Meyer Natural Angus of Loveland says it will double office space to expand Web sales. The company also operates Meyer Natural Beef. The suppliers sell beef steaks to restaurants and home cooks.

Meyer Natural Beef president Wayne Aiello said the expanded office space will allow the company to sell more steaks online. He said consumers are more interested in so-called "natural'' beef, or beef raised on a vegetarian diet without antibiotics.
