Apache livestock auction reportStockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 2,239 head Oct. 15, compared to 1,187 head last week and 1,195 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $2 higher. Steer and heifer calves were $2 to $5 higher. Demand was good. The supply included 54% over 600 pounds and 45% heifers.
