Kansas Soybean Commission schedules meeting

The Kansas Soybean Commission has scheduled a meeting to be held Nov. 2. The meeting will be held via conference call at 7 a.m., central time. You may participate at the Kansas Soybean Commission office at 2930 SW Wanamaker Drive in Topeka, Kansas.

The Kansas Soybean Commission will discuss the responses to the FY2010 and 2011 program request for proposals and its current research, market development, and education programs as well as other administrative items. Complete agendas or other information on the conference call can be obtained by contacting the commission office at 800-328-7390.

The Kansas Soybean Commission, along with the United Soybean Board, administers the national soybean checkoff program. Soybean checkoff funds are used to fund soybean research, market development, education and promotional projects.
