Apache livestock sales reportStockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 1,187 head Oct. 8, compared to 2,371 head last week and 1,472 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $4 lower. Steer and heifer calves were $2 to $4 lower. Demand for feeders and calves was moderate. The supply included 51% over 600 pounds and 53% heifers.
