UW extension invites Park County residents to opinion-gathering dinner

Wyoming

The Park County offices of the University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service invites residents to a dinner to help Extension educators gain insight, discover possibilities and increase understanding of Park County's needs.

The free dinner is 6 p.m., Nov. 10, at the Big Horn Federal community room in Cody.

"Park County Extension wants residents' ideas on a variety of topics," said Sandra Frost, UW CES educator in Park County. "Those include youth, healthy lifestyles, sustainable farming/gardening/rural living, community direction/leadership, financial management and natural resources."

Park County, along with Big Horn, Fremont, Hot Springs and Washakie counties, is in the Northwest Area of UW CES. Every five years, Park County Extension surveys the public regarding community needs educators should address.

Reservations are required by Oct. 1. To make reservations, or for more information, contact the Park County Extension office in Cody at 307-527-8560.
