Nebraska Wheat Growers Association announces eventsNebraska The Nebraska Wheat Growers Association announced the fourth in a series of educational events for Nebraska's wheat producers. The series is designed to provide seasonally appropriate information during all phases of wheat crop production. Each part of the series will be scheduled to coincide with Nebraska Wheat Growers Association and Nebraska Wheat Board meetings and will be held at various locations throughout the state. The event will be held Nov. 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Nebraska Wheat Board Office, 4th Floor, State Office Building, 301 Centennial Mall S, Lincoln, NE. Although the event is free to Nebraska wheat producers, preregistration by Nov. 25 is requested. A complete registration brochure with schedule and program information can be found on the Nebraska Wheat website at www.nebraskawheat.com. Registrations will be accepted by mail, fax or e-mail. The NWGA will hold its Annual meeting on Dec. 2 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in conjunction with the Nebraska Ag Classic www.neagclassic.org. The NWB will meet on Dec. 1 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the Nebraska Wheat Board Offices, State Office Building, 4th Floor, 301 Centennial Mall S, Lincoln, NE 68509, are open to the public, and all Nebraska wheat producers are encouraged to attend.
