Garden City Farm and Ranch Show set for Jan. 26 to 28Kansas The Mid America Ag Network, Wichita, Kan., and KIUL Radio, Garden City, Kan., is pleased to announce the second annual Garden City Farm and Ranch Show, Jan. 26 to 28, 2010, at the Finney County Expo buildings in Garden City. Greg Steckline, president of Mid America Ag Network is proud to announce that Ron Metzinger has been hired as the general manager of the Mid America Ag Network and has been named the Farm and Ranch Show manager. Steckline says, "it was necessary to hire an experienced manager to coordinate and grow the show. Ron Metzinger was a previous radio station manager for the Steckline family and has many years of experience in the operation of shows, concerts and expos." With this year's additional growth, more exhibitor space has been added to include special features in other buildings on the Finney County Fair Grounds. Steckline says, "these new features include, alternative energy products and more livestock exhibits for both the horseman and cattlemen, including chute demonstrations." The 2010 show hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Jan.26 and 27; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Jan. 28.
