Senator Roberts: Congress passes Energy and Water Appropriations Conference ReportKansas U.S. Senator Pat Roberts Oct. 15 announced the Senate passed the Energy and Water Appropriations Conference Report for Fiscal Year 2010 containing critical investments in Kansas' infrastructure. The conference report was also approved by the House of Representatives, and now goes to the president to be signed into law. "The Energy and Water bill contains millions of dollars for improvements to our daily lives including projects that will make critical investments in our Kansas lakes, streams and rivers for recreation, drinking water and flood control," Senator Roberts said.
