Essay contest for 3rd to 6th graders

Nebraska

Hey kids! Are you a resident of Nebraska? Are you in grades 3 to 6? Do you enjoy writing? If you answered 'yes', then we have a contest for you. The Nebraska Beef Council is helping Runza Restaurants celebrate their 60th anniversary by coordinating an exciting essay contest. If you enter and are selected as a winner, you could win some great prizes.

Simply log onto www.nebeef.org and click on 'Essay Contest' on the homepage. You will find complete contest rules, information on how to enter and an entry form.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three entries in each age division. Honorable Mention in each age group will also be selected. First prize: 4 tickets to a home Nebraska football game, one night hotel accommodations in Lincoln, a tour of the Memorial stadium which will include the Runza Sandwich wrapping station, and $200 in cash. Second prize: A Nebraska football, Nebraska football jersey/sweatshirt and $100 in cash. Third prize: 15 FREE Runza Combo Meal certificates and $50 in cash. Honorable Mention: Runza and Nebraska Beef Council prize pack

Don't wait. All entries must be postmarked by May 1 to be eligible for prizes. Put on your creative thinking cap and start writing today.
